Really impressed with using these guys for the first time in an emergency. Jack Beckenham visited, investigated and fixed our leak effectively and efficiently. He communicated clearly the fault and resolution and next steps. He is a fantastic ambassador for your company.

I called Jack to get my kitchen ceiling leak sorted. It was an emergency and I needed urgent help. Jack asked me to share photos and videos via WhatsApp, provided valuable tips in containing the leak while we waited for his plumber to arrive. The plumber arrived on time, got to the root cause quickly and managed to fix the leak. A professional, competent and courteous service all round. I would strongly recommend JM Plumbing Services.

I contacted JM Plumbing Services as I had a leak with my combi boiler, no only was Jack with me first thing the following morning (I contacted him at 8pm the night before), diagnosed the fault, picked up the part required, returned to replace and fully tested the system to make sure there was no other issues or leaks. Highly recommend, very reasonable prices, friendly and honest. If your looking for a local plumber then look no further. Thank you Jack

We were recommended JM Plumbing by a number of locals. Jack was super friendly and very efficient. He carried out a boiler service and looked at my gas hob as I’d been having problems with it. He also provided a quote for some additional works that were recommended. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other companies. Very happy with the service we received!
